FSA Global Funding Limited, a special purpose investment company, funds itself primarily in the European market by issuing FSA-guaranteed medium term notes in response to "reverse inquiries" by investors, who specify currencies, payment schedules and other terms that meet their precise needs. Professionals in New York, London and Tokyo assist in timely structuring and execution of the transactions.
Each specific series of notes is secured, through cross-collateralization, by its share of FSA Global's entire investment portfolio, which consists of FSA-guaranteed securities and short-term investments. The notes are eligible for listing on the Luxembourg stock exchange.
